## 27. iOS 2.5 series: additional runtime evidence and signature record

2026-09-11: this record adds review of seven iOS screenshots, verification of a public video entry and connected-device version verification. Materials were supplied by the product provider; VPNTestor records observable facts without replacing existing reports.

Seven screenshots were reviewed: the client and home-screen widget display a connected state, feature selection and settings screens are visible, and the in-app network check displays responses. The speed-test screenshot shows an ongoing download test with an instantaneous reading of 1,032.52 Mbps. It is not a complete final result and has no verified binding to a particular connection state or installed build; it is therefore not a performance guarantee or proof of security approval.

The public video page, title and preview were checked. Its title identifies an iOS 2.5 internal-test build. It is retained as a series demonstration, not as proof that it is identical to the production installation sample. A security-test review of the complete video was not completed in this update.

On 2026-09-11, a read-only query of the connected iPhone 16 Pro Max confirmed SingLinkVPN version 2.5.1, build 18, consistent with the earlier sample record. This query did not execute connection-protection, privacy-leak or abnormal-recovery tests.

The provider states that this update primarily adapts protocols and optimizes features. This is recorded as a submitter statement; historical security conclusions remain limited to their originally tested versions. Continuity of security protection should be demonstrated through confidential change-impact assessment and comparable real-device regression results, not inferred from nearby version numbers, store availability or interface states.

Recommended regression scope: privacy protection before and after connection, unexpected disconnection protection, network switching and recovery, feature combinations, and state cleanup after exit. Each test should record the exact version, device OS, date, expected and actual results, evidence ID and retest result. Public material should disclose only categories and supported conclusions, while internal architecture and details remain restricted.

Checksums for the seven original screenshots are registered separately. Account, subscription, usage and technical identifiers in the originals are not published. The new signature covers the six original section 26 supplement files, the six translations of this record and the screenshot checksum list. Previous files and signatures remain unchanged. The signature verifies file integrity and the corresponding key, not a newly completed comprehensive security audit or a new score. Section 26's earlier statement that no new signature was attached is retained as history; the additional signature status is recorded here.
