- The exact page URL, VPN product, version, platform, and date
- A primary source, reproducible steps, or the smallest useful evidence set
- Whether any part of the message must remain confidential
- A safe way to follow up; never send passwords, private keys, recovery codes, or live access tokens
Sensitive security reports
Put “Confidential security disclosure” in the subject. Describe the affected asset and impact first. Do not include exploit code, credentials, customer data, or unredacted secrets in the initial message; we will coordinate a safer transfer method if required.
How email is handled
Email necessarily contains the address and content you send. We use it only to review and respond to the enquiry, protect the service, maintain an evidence or audit record where relevant, and meet legal obligations. Do not send more personal data than the matter requires.
