These terms govern your use of Openscore VPN, the website at vpntestor.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site publishes VPN reviews as editorial analysis. Each score is derived from primary sources we cite, providers’ own privacy policies, terms, audits, and pricing, through a published, open formula. The Site displays no advertising and uses no affiliate links.
Not professional advice
The content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, security, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of any provider’s conduct. You are responsible for your own decisions about which services to use.
Accuracy and “as is”
We work to be accurate and to cite our sources, but the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Providers change their products, prices, and policies, and a citation reflects what a source said on the date we captured it. Where our own measurements are incomplete, the reviews say so.
Open data and intellectual property
The Site’s text, design, and branding belong to Openscore VPN. The underlying review dataset is published for download from the data page; you may reference it with attribution to Openscore VPN. Do not misrepresent our data or present it as your own original analysis.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, no scraping in a way that burdens the service, and no use of the Site to break the law. We may restrict access to anyone who does.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability, and a link is not an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Openscore VPN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
